Croudium is a real estate crowdfunding platform that allows anyone to invest in premium property projects starting from just Rp 500,000. We're licensed by OJK (Financial Services Authority) and provide a secure, transparent way to build wealth through real estate.

Creating an account is free and takes about 5 minutes. Click "Start Investing" and provide your email, phone number, and ID (KTP) for verification. Once approved, you can start browsing and investing in projects immediately.

Any Indonesian citizen (WNI) aged 18 or above with a valid KTP and bank account can invest. You don't need prior investment experience – we provide all the information and tools you need to make informed decisions.

The minimum investment is Rp 500,000 per project. There's no maximum limit, but we recommend diversifying across multiple projects to reduce risk. You can invest in as many projects as you like.

Every project undergoes rigorous due diligence including developer background checks, legal document verification, financial analysis, and site inspections. Less than 5% of submitted projects make it to our platform. We only list projects from developers with proven track records.

We offer various property types including residential developments (houses, apartments), commercial properties (offices, retail spaces), and mixed-use developments. Each project listing clearly specifies the property type, location, and investment structure.

Projected returns typically range from 12-20% annually, depending on the project. Returns are clearly stated for each project, including best-case and worst-case scenarios. Please note that these are projections – actual returns may vary based on market conditions.

Distribution schedules vary by project. Most projects distribute profits quarterly or upon project completion. The exact schedule is specified in each project's documentation. All distributions are automatically transferred to your registered bank account.

Investments are typically locked until project completion (lock-up period). However, we're developing a secondary market feature that will allow investors to sell their positions to other investors. This feature is coming soon.

Investor funds are held in segregated escrow accounts at partner banks, separate from Croudium's operational funds. We use bank-grade 256-bit encryption, and all transactions are processed through verified payment gateways.

Log in to your dashboard and go to Settings > Profile. You can update your email, phone number, and bank account details. Some changes may require re-verification for security purposes.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. We'll send you a password reset link. For security, the link expires in 24 hours.

Yes, Croudium is licensed and regulated by OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / Financial Services Authority) as a securities crowdfunding platform. We comply with all applicable regulations regarding investor protection and financial reporting.

Yes, profit distributions are subject to a 10% final income tax (PPh Final) which is automatically withheld before distribution. You'll receive a tax certificate annually for your records. Please consult a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
